My name is Tasha, I am a L3 qualified Pilates teacher. Having been trained in Classical Ballet from an early age at the Gillian Cartwright School of Dance on the Isle of Wight, and competing in National competitions, Pilates complimented my training greatly. It gave me the strength I needed and safely supported me through injuries. My mission today is to empower other individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through mindful movement, personalised instruction, and a supportive, inclusive environment that fosters a lifelong love of fitness. I am deeply passionate about helping others achieve their fullest potential through the practice of Pilates. Teaching Pilates allows me to share the transformative benefits of fitness, which enhances both physical strength and mental well-being. By guiding individuals through tailored Pilates routines, I aim to empower them with the tools to improve their posture, flexibility, and overall health. My commitment is to create a supportive and motivating environment where each person feels inspired to reach their personal goals, fostering a sense of confidence and vitality in their daily lives.

I absolutely love what I do as a Pilates instructor. The joy of seeing my students progress, gain confidence, and improve their physical and mental health is incredibly fulfilling. I love creating engaging and supportive classes that cater to the unique needs of each individual, helping them discover the transformative power of Pilates.
